Adapt, Overcome & Survive

Life is tough. This training program is designed to assist in the development of mental, physical, emotional, and behavioral toughness. Resiliency training is designed to help people cope with adversity, adapt to change, and overcome challenges. Leaders will learn 14 distinct skills that allows them to develop themselves and others in the 6 resiliency competency areas: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Optimism, Mental Agility, Strengths of Character, and Connection. With these skills, people can develop the ability to understand their own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors of others. Mastering these skills can strengthen relationships through communication strategies and how to praise effectively, respond constructively to positive experiences, and discuss problems effectively.
