ORGANIZATIONAL & CULTURAL HEALTH

Strengthen Your Organization

Culture shapes how people communicate, make decisions, handle pressure, resolve conflict, and execute together.

When trust, clarity, or alignment begins to weaken, the visible problems are rarely the whole problem. AZiMUTH 180° helps leaders understand what is happening beneath the surface, identify the areas that need attention, and build a practical path toward a healthier and more effective organization.

The Visible Problem Is
Rarely the Whole Problem

What looks like a communication issue may actually be rooted in trust. What appears to be poor execution may begin with unclear priorities, competing expectations, or exhausted people.

The Team Snapshot provides an initial look across five interconnected dimensions of organizational health.

1

Communication

How clearly information moves, whether people feel heard, and how effectively difficult conversations are handled.

2

Relationships

The level of trust, respect, candor, and relational health between leaders, teams, and colleagues.

3

Alignment

Whether people understand the organization’s direction, priorities, roles, expectations, and decision-making process.

4

Execution

How consistently plans become action through ownership, accountability, coordination, and follow-through.

5

Capacity

Whether people have the energy, resilience, resources, and sustainable rhythms required to perform well.

The Team Snapshot is a starting point—not a diagnosis. Scores can identify where a closer look may be valuable, but understanding what is actually happening requires context, conversation, and input from the people experiencing the culture.

From Current Reality to
Meaningful Progress

Healthy change begins with understanding what is actually happening—not selecting a program before the problem is clear.

Locate

Understand where you are now.

We begin with leadership discovery, available organizational information, and input from the people experiencing the culture. Depending on the need, this may include the Team Snapshot, interviews, anonymous team feedback, assessments, or facilitated conversations.

Chart

Define where you need to go.

The information is reviewed for patterns, strengths, gaps, and underlying challenges. Together, we clarify the desired outcomes, establish priorities, and determine the most appropriate level of support.

Climb

Put the right solution into action.

The resulting pathway may include leadership coaching, team workshops, 5 Voices, strategic facilitation, development series, or another targeted solution. Progress is reviewed along the way so the work can adapt as the organization learns and grows.

Leaders provide a critical perspective—but they should not be the only voice shaping the diagnosis. When appropriate, employees and team members are invited to contribute confidential or anonymous input so that recommendations reflect the organization more accurately.

The Right Solution Depends on What We Find

There is no predetermined program or automatic prescription. Depending on the organization’s needs, the recommended pathway may include one or more of the following:

Cultural Health & Team Development

Strengthen trust, relationships, shared expectations, healthy communication, and the conditions people need to contribute effectively.

Leadership Alignment & Coaching

Help senior leaders, managers, and supervisors develop greater self-awareness, communicate consistently, and lead organizational change together.

Communication & Collaboration

Build shared language and practical habits through 5 Voices, focused workshops, Toolkit Sessions, and customized team-development experiences.

Strategy, Accountability & Execution

Clarify priorities, roles, decision-making, ownership, and the systems required to move important work forward.

Recommendations may include a focused engagement, a multi-session development pathway, or a broader organizational initiative. The scope should match the problem—not exceed it.

ORGANIZATIONAL ENGAGEMENT

Focused workshops have clear starting points. Toolkit Sessions and customized development series are scoped according to the audience, objectives, number of sessions, and level of customization required.

Investment

Starting Investments

  • Cultural health or team-development project: Starting at $7,500

  • Strategic planning engagement: Starting at $7,500

  • Leadership cohort or manager-development series: Starting at $10,000

  • Broader multi-phase initiative: Custom proposal

Final investment may also reflect assessments, platform licensing, participant materials, travel, additional facilitation, and follow-up coaching.

This Work Is a Strong Fit When

  • Leadership recognizes that something meaningful needs attention

  • Leaders are willing to hear perspectives beyond their own

  • Team members can contribute honest input without fear of retaliation

  • The organization is prepared to address systems and patterns—not simply blame individuals

  • Leaders are willing to invest time in application and follow-through

  • The goal is sustainable improvement rather than a temporary morale boost

Discovery determines the appropriate scope. No organization is automatically placed into a larger or more expensive engagement than its needs justify.

Start With an Honest Look at Where You Are

You do not need to have the problem fully diagnosed or the solution already selected. Begin with the Team Snapshot or a conversation about what your organization is experiencing.

From there, we can determine whether a closer look—and further action—is warranted.
